General Terms – Services for use in Ireland are mainly sold under the General Terms. The contract comprises the General Terms and the Schedules for the specific services being purchased. The Schedules detail the product specific terms
Some Services are sold under the Product Services Agreement (PSA), which comprises the Product and Services Agreement, Services Schedules and Service Annexes.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
For contracts in place pre 25 May 2018, please note that a new data protection clause has been added to your contract terms and conditions. Click here to view the clause which has an effective date of 25/05/18.
