As part of BT Ireland Digital Transformation Programme we are reducing the number of billing systems and cash application systems.
We now have one cash application system for BT Ireland.
By having just one cash application system (instead of three) it will simplify the process and should mean fewer errors for you.
We have also listened to customer feedback where many customers have found the running total confusing.
We have made a change and your invoice will no longer have a running total on it. This is because each invoice is a separate entity and as such can be better managed by BT Ireland and you.
