BT Ireland has been named Gold Partner of the Year at the Cisco Ireland Partner Awards which took place in Carlingford, Co. Louth earlier this month.
BT was named Cisco Gold Partner of the Year in recognition of its superior business results and for demonstrating exceptional commitment to Cisco in 2018.
The Gold Partner award is the most prestigious accolade presented on the night. The award recognised specifically BT’s revenue, acquisition of new skills in emerging technologies, excellence in customer service and the launch of new products including Managed SDWAN, One Cloud Cisco and Cloud Contact Cisco (BT’s hosted voice and hosted contact centre offerings).
Speaking at the awards ceremony Matt Forde, Head of IT Infrastructure Sales had this to say "This is the sixth time in the past ten years that BT Ireland have scooped the top award and is a testament to the consistency in our commitment to providing quality Cisco solutions to our customers both here in Ireland and globally. It is also a recognition of the immense efforts of a multitude of teams across the organisation that made this possible particularly the engineering and sales teams involved."
