Why we’re increasing prices and what it means for you
As the Irish market continues to embrace digital technologies, the demand for the connectivity & services that we provide is always rising.
To maintain the quality of our network for our customers we’re continually investing in it. This is an expensive activity.
The costs to run and maintain our network continue to increase. This price rise lets us continue to offer both excellent service and a range of products to customers.
While we recognise that no one likes to see their prices go up, we want to continue improving our network, products and services for our customers.
What are my options?
If you are looking to move your voice services to a future-proofed technology with a service provider who can guide you on that migration path, then BT Ireland is the ideal choice.
Domestic SIP (DSIP) enables you to leverage your data connectivity in Ireland to make voice calls. It is a Private IP-based to traditional voice infrastructure and is delivered over a BT access solution.
BT's DSIP is not "voice over the internet". Delivered over a Private IP data connection, it ensures better communication with your suppliers, customers and employees. We also offer the option of a managed gateway where you require an ISDN presentation into your equipment rather than native SIP.
Whatever the requirement, our Voice Specialists will be able to advise on the best alternative for your specific needs.
