This is the information we will need in order to terminate your service.

  • Your Company Name
  • Your Service Instance ID/Billing ID, which can be found in your Invoice (see picture above for reference)
  • Two Local Contact email addresses in case we need to organise a site visit
  • Your preferred Service Cease Date

Some important things you need to know before you end your service with BT.

1. You may be charged if you're leaving within your minimum contract period

If you decide to leave within your contract period you may be charged termination charges. 

2. BT may need to collect kit from you

When you take out certain BT services the kit that we provide to you needs to be collected by BT or returned to BT at the end of the contract.
