What are the new rules?

What is not covered by the Privacy notice?

As we don’t control those third party sites and their practices, we don’t accept any responsibility or liability for these sites.

How can I find out what personal information BT holds about me and change it if inaccurate?

You can request the personal information that BT holds about you by sending a written request together with a cheque for the administration fee of €6.35 made payable to BT to the Data Protection Manager, BT Ireland, 2 Grand Canal Plaza, Upper Grand Canal Street, Dublin 4.
We will acknowledge your request within 21 days of receipt, and process your request within 40 days of receipt. Please let us know if the information is inaccurate and we will make the necessary amendments and confirm that these have been made within 40 days of receipt of your request.
