The chemical company was targeting emerging markets and chose BT to provide a network that would increase its reach and support cloud capabilities
Looking to fuel international growth, chemical company Rhodia needed to extend the reach of its global network into emerging markets, expand bandwidth and facilitate new web applications.
BT delivered a global WAN (Wide Area Network) leveraging multiple products from its portfolio, all managed centrally, including BT IP Connect, BT Internet Connect and BT MobileXpress.
The BT global network has enabled Rhodia to seamlessly run a company-wide SAP ERP application and make cloud-based applications like Salesforce.com available to mobile as well desk-bound employees.
There are few companies that can boast a single command structure worldwide – along with common infrastructure, standardised processes, and company-wide applications – all managed through one global contract.
