When the technology giant wanted a state-of-the-art video conferencing system to connect executives across the globe, BT was brought in to deliver a solution

Philips logo

A global technology firm with executives located around the world, Philips wanted to develop its video conferencing capability to provide a highly immersive collaboration platform at the touch of a button.

BT worked with Cisco TelePresence and integrated a new video-enabled boardroom into global collaboration infrastructure that ensures multiple sites can be connected without impacting on bandwidth.

A new video-enabled boardroom accelerates decision-making and eliminates travel for executives in the US and China that used to have to come to Amsterdam for meetings, saving time and money.

Our vision was a state-of-the-art multifunctional boardroom, combining everything we needed to
integrate video conferencing and multimedia into our management meeting cycle.
Jap Jongedijk, Deputy Secretary, Philips Executive Committee
