I lead BT Ireland’s Customer Experience programme, working closely with the board, account teams and customers. Our success depends on trusted client partnerships and a deep understanding of their challenges and aspirations. The CX programme delivers a depth of insight which helps shape strategy and optimizes performance, thereby contributing to our profitability.
With over ten years’ experience delivering ICT Managed Services, I have extensive experience in operating excellence and change management in the Telecoms, Finance, Insurance, Health & Government sectors, and have responsibility for customer services both domestically and abroad.
I hold a Masters in Engineering Management and a Bachelors of Engineering degree from University College Dublin, Ireland and acquired an Executive MBA from the UCD Smurfit Business School in 2017.
