These networks operate at a Group level however in BT Ireland we also have our own local networks for LGBT+Allies, Gender Equality and Parents & Carers which are all managed by our employees. Each of these networks promotes various activities happening at Group level while organising local activities such as participation in the Pride Run (which BT sponsors), the Pride March, coffee mornings for parents, specific training and knowledge calls.

Making a Difference
Our employees have the opportunity to make a real difference to their community. Volunteering opportunities can be initiatives employees are already involved in or ones set up by BT with different charities and partners around the world. We offer three days of paid work time to volunteer to all our employees (and at a manager's discretion this can often be more).
