Company-wide ISO9001 registration demonstrates, on an independently assessed basis, that BT Ireland, as with BT as a whole, meets international standards in quality management. All elements of the BT quality management system are annually reviewed internally and subject to both internal Quality assessments, and a rolling programme of external registration assessments by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) - our ISO9001 certification body.
